Washington Post Mention about iFLOOR

This floor looks very nice and there were no defects found during installation. There are some "sock catchers" if you slide your feet along the floor. We are happy with the product, the customer service at iFlOOR, and the delivery…everything went very smoothly.

This is my first time installing any type of hardwood and I have to say that it was almost effortless. I choose to use staples and it worked great. out of 28 boxes of flooring I had only 1 board that had a flaw I have to say this was a excellent choice for a do it yourselfer. Also no one in town could come close to the price. I give this a five star I could not think of any reason I was not extreamly satisfied. Thank you again.

I have installed flooring before in my home that I purchased from a local dealer and I was very pleased. However this floor is by far the most beautiful hardwood floor I have ever seen. The service at iFLOOR was second to none and everything was delivered as promised and on time. I plan to order more of this hardwood floor for my next projcet from iFLOOR.

I am very satisfied with the product so far. Your sales rep Hannah was excellent and your price was excellent. On the disappointing side. You sent the wrong size bull molding and reducers thus I have a hole in my family room and have to bring my installer back and pay him more. This was just carelessness that cost me more money. I addition the stair molding should be tongue and groove. I am still waiting on the exchange. Mullican evidently doesn’t make it that way but you should advise them that you are receiving complaints. The only additional complaint I have is that you should educate your customers on buying molding as, in my opinion, there was no need to by the molding from Mullican to match exactly the flooring and it was extremely expensive. If I had to do it again I would have just had my installer buy molding and stain it. That may take a little money from your business but it would insure return customers.

The first time I look at it, it looks very good. However, it really looks more like laminate flooring rather than engineered hardwood. And I found it not so scratch resistent.

This is the second installation of this flooring and we love it. It cleans up easily and is wearing great. The color is exactly what we wanted and really brightens up the room. We would highly recommend it.

Buying online from iFloor was very easy. We were fortunate that we purchased our floor during a promotion where we saved on the sales tax with the floor delivered for free. The floor was delivered a day or two earlier than promised. We completed the floor’s installation last weekend and the product looks beautiful. We are very happy with the service. The only downside for us was that the color of the floor as seen online was slightly different than what we received, but we are still pleased with our purchase.

Mixed review – The product was beautiful but the difference between the product color and the Web Site image was pretty substantial. However, the Company was attentive to my problem and work out a reasonable solution. Every person I dealt with at this company should be a ‘poster child’ for great customer service. The true measure is when there is a problem and ifloors came through with flying colors. I would absolutely do business with them again.

I had some reservations about buying hardwood flooring on line, buy fortunately they were all unfounded. The product (Somerset Oak 4in plank in gunstock) is awesome, a very warm, medium oak color. It is fairly true to the picture on the website. Everybody (including the installer) commented on how beautiful it is. We liked it so much we decided to do a few more rooms.

The service was great, the sales associate (Tammi) went out of her way to find out the answers to my questions and keep up with the order updates. The hardwood arrived much sooner than expected too in great condition.

We are soo thrilled with our new floor. Our installer was impressed with the quality of the floor, all good pieces, and very easy to work with. The customer service staff were very helpful. Can’t say enough about ifloors. will definitely buy from them again.

The floor color is much darker than the picture shows. However, the planks are absolutely beautiful!!! Not a single bad piece out of 250 square feet! I’d heard from others that the Somerset wood was nice, but I can tell you first hand that this stuff is really special-especially for the price!

This floor is a touch darker than I thought – be sure to order samples. That being my mistake I have GOT to say how beautiful this wood is. Its a medium honey-brown with BEAUTIFUL light maple characteristics. We installed it on 2 levels in our new house and the effect is completely stunning. It made our home. iFloor sent a great product, made sure the freight company sent it undamaged, and the order was perfect. Thanks!

The resulting floor was top rate without any additional refinishing steps. The strips of the wood were delivered with very slightly rounded corners (perhaps 1/32 of an inch) resulting in a strip planking look to the floor, and the reflections of light from the windows in the finished surface made it look truely wonderful. The most difficult part of the install was getting the visible grooves between strips to line up straight. Colors of the wood was a wonderful mixture of colors adding eye appeal to the floor.

We am very satisfied with our recent purchase. Sales reps were professional & informative. We also received the material in a timely manner. This transaction was a pleasant buying experience.

Since I wasn’t in too much of a hurry I didn’t mind the 2 week wait to get the product. It arrived in great condition and we are completely satified with the look and quality of the product.

Pricing was great. With shipment there was a slight mix up. Originally told item was backordered. Received a call a week later asking if I received the product. Apparently, they had it in stock and was shipped out. Didn’t receive any info regarding shipment. They tracked shipment and found it was still in route. When product was at warehouse, I still didn’t receive any notice that shipment was ready for pickup. Otherwise, follow up by sales rep was good and product was delivered in tack and complete. Would purchase from them again.
