A Bamboo Forest

Here are some photos of a bamboo forest that was freshly culled. Of course culling a forest is better than clear cutting so I thought I would share some of these photos:

Each bamboo plant is marked and tracked to manage it’s lifespan.
Going up? You can see the trail winding it’s way up the mountain.

A view from the top. A very dense looking canopy, despite a fresh harvest just completed.
Another view from the top to the North. Sadly the air is still polluted even in the remote area here.
This is the base view with the stalks of bamboo evenly spaced for rapid and healthy growth.
